Delete your Junior Eats account

Last updated: 26 August 2026

This page explains how to request deletion of your Junior Eats account and associated personal data from the Junior Eats mobile app and related services.

How to request account deletion

  1. Email us at contact@junioreats.co from the email address or phone number linked to your Junior Eats account.
  2. Use the subject line “Account deletion request”.
  3. Include your registered name and phone number so we can verify your identity.
  4. We will confirm receipt and process your request within 30 days.

You may also contact us by phone at +91 8142 251 234 and ask for account deletion; we may still request email confirmation for verification.

Data that is deleted

When your account deletion request is completed, we delete or anonymise:

  • Account and profile details (name, phone, email, delivery or school details)
  • Child profile information linked to your account
  • Saved addresses and related preference data
  • Push notification / device tokens used to send app updates
  • Login credentials so the account can no longer be used to sign in

Data that may be retained

Some information may be kept after account deletion where required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute resolution or outstanding-order reasons. In those cases we will tell you what is retained and why. In general:

  • Order and subscription records may be retained for up to 3 years after the related order or subscription ends, or longer if required by law.
  • Payment references may be retained as needed to process refunds, prevent fraud and satisfy financial record-keeping obligations.

Retained records are limited to what is necessary and are not used to market to you after your account is deleted.

Partial data requests

If you want to correct or update information without deleting your account, email contact@junioreats.co or edit your profile in the Junior Eats app where available.
